don't listen to "they"

Do you hear that? It’s your confidence slowly fading away.

Why?

Because you are giving “them” an ear.

You are allowing what “they” said to infiltrate your confidence fortress.

Giving the haters, the backbiters and sideline sitters an audience is a quick way to lose confidence in the purpose or thing God has given YOU to do, not “them.”

Stay focused. Drown out the noise. Follow YOUR dream!

Think of it this way…

Anyone who is trying to knock you down is not on your team. They have no skin in the game.

You have to get real good at discerning constructive criticism from trash talking.

You will have fans, and if you are doing what God gifted you to do, you will have haters.

There will always be someone telling you “slow down, relax, you’re going to burn out.”

You working on you gift and your dream is threating to them because they are not working on theirs, and it makes them feel “less than.”

Don’t worry about hurting those people’s feelings…they were never going to run with you anyway…they are not on your team!

Go out today and do what God has called and anointed you to do, and don’t listen to the committee called “they.”
